My name is Brad Perkins. I just opened up a Taekwondo/Yoga studio in the neighborhood. I wanted to share with the neighborhood that we have a Grand Opening September 27 from 11am-4pm. Some of my services for the community will be free self-defense seminars, anti-bully classes. We have some great offers going on for the Grand Opening. Let me know if I can post a flyer on our site.

Hi neighbors, if anyone is in need of a handy man that can do a number of things from yard work to painting to clean up and so much more, my friend and yard guy is looking for some work. Please give him a call if you want a dependable, honest, hard working and fair man to do some work for you. Flavio at 512-507-0891. He speaks some English, mostly spanish, but you can show him what you want done and he can do it. Thanks, Louann McLaughlin

  4. Hello Neighbors!

I am a music teacher at a small school and looking to supplement my income with private lessons in the neighborhood. I am able to teach guitar, bass, ukulele, mandolin, and piano, from beginners to professionals. I can work out of my home studio on Eastcrest Dr. or make a house call to you. Message me for more details.
