TA Brown Park is at the northern edge of the Highland neighborhood. It is adjacent to TA Brown School, which was recently completely rebuilt. The park was adopted by the highland sustainability committee member Michelle Rutan. Michelle is currently leading the creation of a community plan for park improvements.
